Returns policy
We have a 30 day exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be at least 50% full and in comparable condition to how you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product within 30 days for another product or a product credit, may not be used towards salon services or gift card purchases. Brushes are non-returnable. Sale items are final sale. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
