These tools have been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years to enhance skin health and appearance. Gua Sha will change the way you view your skin care regime - taking it up a level from routine to ritual.
Rose Quartz has long been known as the stone of self-love and when used with a facial serum or moisturiser it can assist with promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage which can help reduce the signs of aging.
HOW TO
Always remember to use light pressure when moving the gua sha tool over the areas of your face. Anything firmer than gentle pressure may cause bruising, so dont say we didnt warn you. Gua Sha should never cause irritation or pain.
Apply a few drops of your favourite serum onto clean skin. Hold the tool at an angle that is almost (but not quite) flat to your face and use upwards and outwards motions along your jaw and cheekbones. Upon reaching the under eye area, take care to use extra-light pressure. Finish with upward strokes on your forehead before sweeping the tool down your hairline and neck.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
A soft, microfiber cloth can be used to wipe the Gua Sha tool clean after use. Handle with care as dropping from a height may cause your Gua Sha too to chip or crack. Each piece has been carved from unique stone hence no two tools will look the same or appear exactly as they do on our website.
