Join Ley-Anne our Natural Health Practitioner for an evening of replenishing and recentering. For those of us who give to everyone else around us, this workshop is the time to receive that what we give to others, back to ourselves.


This evening offers a supportive space to lean into with meaningful and mindful engaging self-care practices that nourish and tend to both the inner and outer parts of our selves. Rituals of self love, navigation tools in this interesting (to say the least😉) world we are living in.


We will have healthy snacks from Peace by Piece Nutrition and organic tea, heartful conversation and time to sink into self to hear what she has being trying to tell us.
