Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Shipping rates may vary for large online orders. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.  If additional shipping charges are required, one of our team members will be in contact with you.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Some types of goods may be exempt from being returned like personal care items. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item purchased. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be  granted(if applicable)


-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 


Refunds (if applicable)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund for any product that meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, once we receive the returned product we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit usually within 3-5 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 


Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at Salon@thairapyloungesalon.com


To return or exchange your product simply drop into our salon or ship your product back to us.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When exchanging, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
