Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not ship. All orders must be picked up in person at The Curly Red Head Salon at 31 lanark Road in Perth. With the exception of gift cards which will be electronically delivered.

Returns Policy

RETURNS:
All sales are final. The Curly Red Head does not offer monetary refunds. All (retail) take home care, may be exchanged up to 1 week after the original purchase date. All items being returned must be in original packaging, unused and free from damage. If you reside more than 45 minutes from the salon, please notify us within 1 week to make arrangements.
