Shipping Policy
Shipping, Delivery & In-Store Pickup
We aim to process, package, and ship all online orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders are shipped using standard delivery services, and our shipping rates cover nationwide delivery.
In-store pickup is also available. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before coming to the salon to pick up your order.
Orders can be placed online at any time. If you have any questions about a product or your order, please contact the salon and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Below Hair Studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next business day.
Returns Policy
Retail Product Exchange Policy
Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on retail purchases. Exchanges only.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept exchanges on certain personal care, intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable products.
Sale items and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
Please bring your product and proof of purchase to Below Hair Studio to process your exchange.
If you are mailing an item for exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exchanges requested more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
