You may cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy for eligible retail items purchased in-store or online.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items: opened hair care products, personal items, tools, and gift cards.
Sale items are final.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
