Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

DeCola Salon will accept returned orders on decolasalon.com within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging and with all pieces included. Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Trendsetters Salon is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.

Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and your order number from www.decolasalon.com.

We only accept item returns purchased through www.decolasalon.com.We cannot accept returns from other retail partners, such as QVC, Nordstrom’s, Ulta, or Sephora. Nor can we accept the product return past 30 days from purchase.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually within 20 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Once a refund has been made to your account, you will receive an email notification. Sorry,shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Exchange Policy
Product may be exchanged if returned in original form, unopened and unused within 30 days. Credit will be given for product only (less shipping and handling charges) on the credit card used in original sale within 5 business days of receipt order.
