Shipping Policy
Our aim is to package and post orders within 1 business day of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.
- FREE Australia Post Standard Shipping and packing on orders over $150.
- Orders under $150 Flat Rate of only $10.00 for Standard Shipping and packing.
- SAME DAY DISPATCH on orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday.
- 30 Day No Fuss Returns - decide you don't need it? No problem - simply return goods unopened, unused and undamaged for a full refund on your item purchase price (shipping non refundable)
Returns Policy
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after your purchase date.
- We will need to receive the items back unopened, unused and in the original packaging for change of mind, ordered incorrect item
- Gift cards/vouchers purchased can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash
- Shipping on Refunded returns is at the cost of the customer
- Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
