Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 72 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call/SMS/email us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must have be only tested twice & in good, clean and sanitary condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not refund products, however you may return in-store to swap your product if it doesn't perform as expected within two (2) uses. Any item which is damaged for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or swaped. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is ineligible for a swap.
