Shipping Policy

In-Store Pick-Up Only
We don’t ship. All orders are collected at Dermalaser Med Spa, 10560 NW 27th St, Suite 102, Doral, FL 33172. Orders are ready within 1 business day and you’ll receive an email when they are. Bring your order number; we may ask for ID. Uncollected orders are held 30 days, then refunded to the original payment method less a 10% restocking fee. There is no delivery charge.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of pick-up for a full refund to the original payment method. Bring the product and your order confirmation.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, for health and hygiene reasons. If a product causes a skin reaction, stop using it and contact us within 14 days — we’ll work with you on a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
Damaged or defective items are exchanged for the same product at no charge; let us know within 7 days of pick-up.
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Sale or promotional items are final sale.
Refunds post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Returns are handled in person at our Doral location or by emailing info@dermalaser.com.
