At Ateliér Beauty, all orders placed through our online store are for in-store pick-up only at the specific location selected at checkout. We do not offer shipping services at this time.

In-Store Pick-Up Details:

• Orders must be picked up at the location you selected when placing your order. Once submitted, orders cannot be transferred to another location.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring a valid ID or your order confirmation to collect your purchase.
• Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items:

• We do not offer refunds for services or hair extensions.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Nutrafol
• Hair tools (including hot tools)
• Brushes, clips, and combs
• Hair accessories

Products:

• Products may be exchanged or credited to your account within 30 days of purchase, provided they have been minimally used and are in their original condition.
• Refunds for products are only issued in cases where items are unavailable due to backorders.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

• Please bring the item(s) and your receipt to the location of purchase.
• Exchanges or store credits are subject to staff inspection to verify minimal use and eligibility.
