Delivery Information

Shipping Policy

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 per order. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible during Sibu Skin & Beauty business hours. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed during the next available business hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.

If you choose Click & Collect, you will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready. Collection is available from Nicholls during salon opening hours, or from Red Hill by prior arrangement on clinic days. We ask that Click & Collect orders be collected within 14 days of notification where possible. If you require additional time, please contact us and we'll be happy to make alternative arrangements.

Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery or collection.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside the control of Sibu Skin & Beauty.

Returns Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not of acceptable quality, please contact Sibu Skin & Beauty as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Change of mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

Refunds, exchanges or other remedies will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by Sibu Skin & Beauty. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
