Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day order was placed for order to ship. Holidays may delay shipping.

Tracking information for orders will be provided via email once the order is processed and shipped.

Returns Policy

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at info@helloaurum.com.

Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Products that have been opened, or the original packaging is torn may not be returned under any circumstances.
