Return Policy
At Transformations Salon and Spa, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Haircare Products Returns:
- We accept returns for haircare products only (excluding nutrafol).
- Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- All other product sales are considered final.
- Haircare product returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2 weeks of delivery.
- Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for returns initiated after the two-week period.
- If your product was damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please send us an email.
- To return a product, you can conveniently drop by our salon or mail the item to us. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for the processing time, which may vary depending on your financial institution.
- The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
