Shipping Policy

• We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
• Matthew Jonathan Salon is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and at the customer’s expense.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair products.
• Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
