Shipping Policy

Evolution ships orders via USPS. A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once the purchased good(s) have been shipped. Evolution is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Evolution is not responsible for any extra shipping costs due to an incorrect shipping address being provided. Evolution charges a standard shipping fee in the amount of $7.50 per order.

Returns Policy

Evolution does not allow returns on any physical product(s) purchased on our website. Evolution allows exchanges on physical product(s) purchased on our website under the following conditions: 1. Exchange request must be received within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order by completing the CONTACT US. 2. Once an exchange request is approved, physical product(s) must be returned unused and in original packaging. 3. Purchaser to pay all return/exchange shipping costs and fees and physical product(s) must be received by Evolution within fourteen (14) days of exchange approval. No exchanges will be accepted without Evolution's approval.

Evolution does not allow any returns or exchanges on discontinued products.

Evolution does not allow any refunds on education but can be used towards any future classes.
