BOOKING POLICY
to help our appointments run smoothly and fairly for everyone the following policy applies to all bookings at vibe tribe hairdressing 

DEPOSITS 
a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment this deposit will be deducted from the final cost of the service

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING 
we understand that plans can change if you need to cancel or reschedule please provide 24 hours notice 
with 24 hours notice or more your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment 
with less then 24 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited

NO SHOWS 
appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service price any outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked 

CHANGES TO YOUR SERVICE 
if you would like to change the service you have booked please contact us before your appointment some changes require additional time and may not be possible to accommodate on the day 

RUNNING LATE 
if you are running late please contact us as soon as possible depending on the time avalible we may need to shorten or reschedule your  service to avoid affecting the next clients appointment 

EMERGENCIES 
we understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstanses happen please contact us as soon as you can and we will consider fairly
