Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Shipping time may take 2-6 business days.  If purchasing on a day that we are closed, please allow an additional 2-4 additional days for shipping. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team members for more information.

Returns Policy

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return/ exchange the product and get a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit within 3 days of reciept of the returned items, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit emergedesignstudio.com/contact and send us your request via the Contact Form.  To return your product, simply drop into our salon or ship your product to us from your local USPS location. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
