Shipping Policy

Salon Ethos offers 2-5 business day shipping as our current standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Salon Ethos Salon Boutique orders may experience delays. Standard nationwide business day shipping is $10 on all product orders and we ship out all product orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Currently, we are not offering International Shipping. Tracking Orders When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your Salon Ethos Online Boutique purchase. Although we hope you are entirely satisfied with your new products, if something has not met your expectations, we are happy to return or exchange any of your unused, regularly priced items within 30 days from your purchase date. If a product has been opened, and at least ¾ of the way full, we’ll honor an exchange only within 30 days from your purchase date. All Sale items are final sale and we require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns/ exchanges. All items bought from Salon Ethos Online Boutique must be returned through Salon Ethos and not the individual manufacturer. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/ exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We aim to process all refunds/ exchanges as quickly as possible although some delays are outside of our control.
