Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. We only offer exchanges and store credit at this time. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Personal care items are also non-returnable. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial exchanges are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery exchanges (if applicable) If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product or get store credit. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will initiate an exchange and offer any price discount as store credit. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Shipping To return your product, simply drop into our salon or send your product to us.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
