Shipping Policy

We aim to package and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery fees cover standard nationwide shipping. You can order online anytime, or call/text us to speak with a member of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY:
Products are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Civello South Granville requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as all no-show appointments, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
