Return & Exchange Policy
At Lava Hair, we want you to love the products you take home. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened hair care products valued over $40 may be returned or exchanged if you are not satisfied, provided they are brought back within 14 days.
The following items are non-refundable and final sale for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Hair brushes, combs, and styling tools
- Hair accessories (clips, elastics, etc.)
- Hair extensions
- Refunds & Credits
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If an exchange is preferred, we are happy to help you find another product that better suits your needs.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
- Bring the product(s) to the salon along with your original receipt.
- Our team will assess the condition of the product and process your return or exchange.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be honoured if the guidelines above are met.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at (403) 714-5240 or contact@lavahairsalon.com . We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
