Orders placed before 1 PM (Mountain Time) will be packaged and shipped the same day.
Next-Day Shipping:
Orders placed after 1 PM (Mountain Time) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Shipping Days:
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Carriers:
We work with reliable local carriers, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and others, to deliver your order safely and on time.
FREE SHIPPING when you spend $75 or more OR $6.99 flat rate shipping under $75.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Lost Packages:
Studio Be Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For tracking information or to start a lost package claim, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items:
If your items arrive damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send an email to info@studiobesalon.com with:Photos of the damaged items.
Your order details or receipt.
Our team will review the information and assist with replacing your items.

Love It or Return It
At Studio Be Salon, we want you to love every product you purchase. That’s why we offer a Love It or Return It policy.

If you don’t absolutely love your products, you can return them within 7 days of receiving your order.
Hassle-Free Returns for Store Credit:
Approved returns will receive 100% store credit, which can be used on future purchases.
No Refunds:
Refunds are not provided under this policy. Only store credit will be issued for approved returns.

Partial credit may be granted in cases where items are returned more than 7 days after delivery, at the discretion of Studio Be Salon.
Missing or Lost Returns:

Final Sale Items:
Final sale items cannot be returned under this policy.
No In-Store Returns:
Returns for online purchases cannot be processed at any Studio Be Salon locations. Our online retail store operates independently.
