Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and send orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team members for more information.

At this time, we only offer US domestic shipping. Orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/ FPO/DPO addresses.

Returns Policy

Items purchased from Laboratory Hair Studio must be returned to Laboratory Hair Studio. We can only accept returns for unopened or gently used items purchased from Laboratory Hair Studio. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds are offered in the form of a salon credit that can be used towards a future retail purchase.

Laboratory Hair Studio does NOT cover shipping costs for general returns.
