Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Our preferred shipper is the United States Postal Services.  We ship Priority whenever possible.  Minimum shipping charge is $10. Orders over $75.00 will ship free nationwide. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

  • Our Return Policy expires 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, refunds will not be given. We will instead credit your in-house account for use towards future purchases or services.
  • *To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be 80% unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.  Items eligible for returns/exchanges may be shipped to or brought back to Fox Adder Hair Design. 
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days for a full refund. See Above* . Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) once we have received it. You will receive credit in accordance with bank and card issuer's policies.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
  • Sale items (if applicable). There are no refunds for discounted, sale, close-out, discontinued, or otherwise no longer stocked or available items.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the product simply isn't performing as promised. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the instruction above.
  • Shipping To return your product, simply drop into our salon or email us at foxaddercares@foxadderhairdesign.com and request a Return Label.  Be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
