Shipping Policy
Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 business hours of receipt. Our software only allows in-state addresses to select shipping, if you'd like us to arrange a customized shipping solution, select "in store pick-up" and we can reach out to ship outside of Iowa. Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or replace products that are defective or damaged, or those that were incorrectly sent by our crew. Please notify us within 30 days and we'll happily refund or replace those products.
If you ordered a product in error and notify us within 14 days of receipt, we will refund or issue store credit for the unopened, new-condition product less shipping and handling fees. We cannot accept returns on open products.
We are a small business and don't have the capacity to refund cosmetic and skincare products for reasons of personal preference. If you're concerned about whether you will like a product scent, color, or texture, please call or stop into the spa for a professional consultation before you purchase. We can also help you with color matching or do patch tests of products in the spa prior to your purchase. Thank you for understanding.
