Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund within 30 days. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Over 30-60 days: We are happy to return for an in store credit to be used towards your next product purchase. Shipping To Return your product: Simply drop into our salon or ship your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
