At Pure Hair Studio, we want you to love what you take home.

Exchanges

• If you are unhappy with your product purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different product within 14 days of pickup.

• Products must be returned with the majority of the contents remaining.

• Exchanges are offered at the discretion of management and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Refunds are only provided on unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of pickup.

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
