Shipping Policy

We aim to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Because we are closed on Sundays, any orders received after 3:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard shipping rates apply nationwide.

Your purchases are subject to our Return Policy:

Voluntary Return Window: We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy for unused items in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain health and personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or sale items are exempt from return.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
