Shipping Policy

Free shipping over $100.  If your order is under $100 an added shipping charge of $15 will be applied.  Our aim is to package and ship orders within one to two business of days of receipt. Our delivery costs cover the state of Minnesota delivery up to 70 lbs, if you are ordering outside of Minnesota they may be added tax and shipping applied.

Returns Policy

30 Day Retail Refunds: Cole's Salon is happy to return any unopened product within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are given in the form of original payment. Opened product may be subject to partial refund. 

GHD, Clarisonic, and Brocato warranties can only be honored in the case of a manufacturer defect. If the equipment is void of its warranty, please contact the manufacturer.

Non-refundable items: All  Image  Kits, Urban Shock, Latisse, and clearance items.

Online refunds can be done in person at our Burnsville location or customer can pay to ship items back to Cole's, but will not be refunded this cost.  If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
