Exchange-Only Policy

Exchange Eligibility

1. We offer exchanges for products purchased from Artel Salon. No cash refunds will be provided.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
The product must be in new and unused condition.
The exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required for all exchange requests.

3. Eligible Exchange Items
Products eligible for exchange include items that are damaged, defective, or have manufacturing defects.
We do not accept exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at Justin@artelsalon.com to request an exchange and provide proof of purchase.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will process the exchange.

5. Exchange Options
Exchanges will be processed for the same product or an item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value, no refund or credit will be provided for the price difference.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange:

Aerosol styling products
Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events.

7. Modification of Policy

Artel Salon reserves the right to modify or update this exchange-only policy at any time without prior notice.
