Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 business hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Orders can be placed online at any time. You may also contact us during business hours if you require assistance from one of our team.
Shipping Locations & Costs
We currently ship within Canada only.
Delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery within Canada and are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.
Aerosol Products (Special Shipping)
Orders that include aerosol products (such as hairspray or dry shampoo) cannot be shipped by air and require ground transportation.
These items may take longer to process and deliver than standard orders and may be shipped separately from other items.
We reserve the right to contact you if alternate shipping arrangements are required.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Mynt Hair Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.

Returns Policy
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is optional. To meet the deadline, simply communicate your decision before the 14-day period expires.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (extra costs for non-standard delivery choices are excluded), within 14 days of notification. Refunds will be made using your original payment method. We may withhold your refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, you may return or exchange items under our 30-day voluntary return policy. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them. Certain items cannot be returned under this policy, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and some health and personal care products.
To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send products back to the manufacturer. Sale items are not eligible for voluntary returns. Returns can be made in person at the salon or by post, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund, check your account, contact your bank, and then contact us at mynthair@hotmail.com if needed. Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts. Exchanges for items of equal value may be arranged where applicable. Processing times will vary depending on your location.
