Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package orders within 24 hours of receipt. Currently, we do not offer delivery. Pick up in salon only, durning normal business hour. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds
At Fusion Hair Salon, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't the right fit, we're happy to help.

Hair Care Products
If you're not completely satisfied with a hair care product purchased from Fusion, we'll gladly exchange lightly used products within 30 days of purchase. Our team will help you find a product that's a better fit for your hair and goals.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on hair care products.

Hair Care Tools
Unused tools (excluding brushes) may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Tools may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Brushes are non-returnable for hygiene purposes.
Manufacturer warranties should be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Makeup & Skincare
For the safety of all guests, makeup and skincare purchases are final sale.

If you're unsure about a product, we'd be happy to prepare a sample whenever possible so you can try it before purchasing.

Online Orders
If you need to exchange or return an eligible item, please contact us within the applicable return window.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with your order.

Approved refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original form of payment.
