Shipping Policy

At this time, BloGo Salon + MedSpa does not offer shipping for online orders. All purchases must be picked up in-store during regular business hours.

Returns Policy

Returns & Withdrawal Policy
At BloGo Salon + MedSpa, all sales are final. We do not offer a voluntary return or exchange policy.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (if applicable)
You may be entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, as allowed by law. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in person at our salon. We do not accept mailed returns. You are responsible for bringing the item back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and approved. We may withhold your refund until the item is returned or proof of return is provided.

2. No Voluntary Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges outside the statutory withdrawal window. This includes:

Unwanted or incorrect purchases
Opened, used, or damaged items
Sale or promotional items
Please do not attempt to return items directly to the product manufacturer.
