Shipping Policy

Orders are sent out on Tuesday-Friday. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

Refunds - For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns and do not issue refunds. If you have been given the wrong product, please speak to our staff directly and arrange an exchange within 2 weeks of receipt of your order.
Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.
To return your product, simply drop into our salon.
