Our aim is to package and post orders within 24/48 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

SALT Hair + Body — Returns Policy
At SALT Hair + Body, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our online store. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

 
Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns or exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Products must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products
Sale items
Gift cards
Hygiene, personal care, or sanitary items where applicable
SALT Hair + Body reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product where applicable
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

 
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as SALT Hair + Body is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Returns can also be dropped directly into the salon during business hours.
