Shipping Policy

At Southwest Hair & Day Spa, we prioritize providing you with the highest level of service and convenience. Currently, we do not offer shipping for any orders placed.

Order Pickup:

All orders are available for in-store pickup only during our regular business hours.
Orders will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, any unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded or returned to stock.
Pickup Requirements:

Please have your order confirmation number printed or available on your device at the time of pickup.
We reserve the right to refuse release of any order if the order number cannot be verified.

Returns Policy

Southwest Hair & Day Spa – Return Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from us! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on retail products within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Returns will be issued as in-salon credit only; no cash refunds will be provided.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
