Welcome to Southwest Hair & Day Spa! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Pickup Only
We do not offer shipping. All orders placed with Southwest Hair & Day Spa are available in-store pickup only during our regular business hours.

2. Order Hold Policy
Orders will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it may be canceled, refunded, or returned to stock at our discretion.

3. Pickup Requirements
To collect your order, you must present your order confirmation number (printed or on your device) at the time of pickup. We reserve the right to refuse release of any order if the order number cannot be verified.

4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of pickup and only for unopened, unused products. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing.
