At Beauty Bar Salon & Spa, we aim to package and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt.
We currently offer shipping within New York State only. Shipping costs cover standard delivery within New York State and are displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Beauty Bar Salon & Spa, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
Proof of purchase is required. Please contact our salon before returning any products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned products have been received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
